Dear colleagues – welcome to the Nordic Congress of Ophthalmic Nurses 2027!
The Board of the Norwegian National Association for Ophthalmic Nursing is delighted to invite you to a two-day professional conference in the beautiful coastal town of Ålesund, Norway, in June 2027.
Join us for two inspiring days of professional learning, practical insights, and meaningful connections with ophthalmic colleagues from across the Nordic countries. The conference is open to nurses and other healthcare professionals working with eye patients in both private and public healthcare services.
High-quality program and exhibition
We are currently developing a diverse and high-quality scientific program within the field of ophthalmic care. The program is organized in close cooperation with our Nordic partners in NCON (Nordic Cooperation of Ophthalmic Nurses), ensuring a broad, up-to-date, and truly Nordic perspective.
In addition, you will be able to explore a large exhibition area featuring companies within the eye care field, as well as patient organizations — offering excellent opportunities for dialogue, innovation, and collaboration.

A key part of the conference is the opportunity to meet, connect, and exchange experiences across borders, clinics, and specialties.
